How to Apply

Applications for attending the course must be via the registration form.

Pre-registration is mandatory.

Please REGISTER by 20th of October 2024 to be able to attend/access the pre-course FOUNDATION ZOOM LECTURE SERIES to make the most of the course.

The course fee includes registration, accommodation and meals and can be confirmed upon enquiries.

Abstract submission (for poster presentation + lightening talk) is also possible.

When you register, please state your intention to submit an abstract. Your abstract can then be submitted by the 30th November 2024.

Please submit your abstracts, following the abstracts guidelines.
